Klimatime-koncernens avbokningsregler:

  1. 2 års garanti för produkter: På Klimatime Group följer vi EU:s konsumentskyddslagar och erbjuder en garanti på minst 2 år på alla våra produkter. Detta täcker reparationer, utbyten eller återbetalningar för alla varor som är felaktiga eller inte enligt beskrivningen.

  2. 14 dagars ångerrätt: Våra kunder har rätt att returnera alla produkter för full återbetalning inom 14 dagar efter mottagandet, utan att ställa några frågor. Denna ångerperiod gäller för alla onlineköp.

  3. Undantag från ångerfristen: Observera att 14 dagars returrätt inte gäller för skräddarsydda eller tydligt personliga produkter, t.ex. skräddarsydda värmelösningar.

  4. Garantier för kommersiella produkter: Utöver den lagstadgade 2-årsgarantin kan Klimatime Group erbjuda ytterligare kommersiella garantier på vissa produkter, vilket ger ytterligare skydd. Dessa garantier ersätter inte utan kompletterar den 2-åriga minimigarantin.

  5. Policy för begagnade varor: Om Klimatime Group erbjuder begagnade varor omfattas dessa också av den 2-åriga garantin, som kan minskas till 1 år genom ömsesidig överenskommelse men inte kortare.

  6. Avbeställningsrätt för tjänster: För tjänster, såsom installation, har kunder rätt att avbryta inom 14 dagar efter avtalsavtalet, såvida inte tjänsten har utförts helt med kundens samtycke inom denna period.
