  2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Our customers have the right to return any product for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. This cooling-off period applies to all online purchases.

  3. Exceptions to the Cooling-Off Period: Please note that the 14-day return policy does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products, such as tailor-made heating solutions.

  4. Commercial Warranties and Guarantees: In addition to the statutory 2-year guarantee, Klimatime Group may offer additional commercial warranties on certain products, providing further protection. These warranties will not replace but complement the minimum 2-year guarantee.

  5. Second-Hand Goods Policy: If Klimatime Group offers second-hand goods, these are also subject to the 2-year guarantee, which may be reduced to 1 year by mutual agreement but not shorter.

  6. Cancellation Rights for Services: For services, such as installation, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of contract agreement, unless the service has been fully performed with customer consent within this period.
