1. Returns and Refunds

1.1 Return Window

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier), take possession of the last item in your order.

1.2 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be returned in a condition that allows for a proper assessment of its functionality and features, similar to how it would be evaluated in a physical store.
  • You may inspect and test the goods as you would in a physical store. Please return the goods in the original packaging where possible; if unavailable, package securely. Missing or damaged packaging is not a reason to refuse the return, but may be reflected in a diminished-value deduction. Please return everything supplied (item, accessories, components, documentation).

1.2.1 Diminished value

  • You may handle and inspect the goods as in a physical store. If handled more than that, or if supplied accessories/documentation are missing, we may deduct from your refund an amount corresponding to the actual diminished value, assessed individually based on the actual condition.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request promptly via email or other written communication. To meet the withdrawal deadline, ensure your communication is sent before the 14-day period expires.

1.4 Return Method

In some cases, returns may need to be sent to a different address. Please confirm the return address with us before shipping.

1.5 Return Shipping Costs

When you withdraw, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For normal parcels the return cost is approx; €25. For bulky goods that cannot be sent by regular post (heat pumps, outdoor units, tanks) the return cost is approx; €129 depending on country; contact us and we help arrange it. If we sent the wrong/defective item, we cover the cost and provide a prepaid label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe and verified delivery.

1.6 Free Returns for Defective Items

For defective or damaged items, Klimatime Group offers free returns. Contact us to obtain a prepaid return label. Ensure that the product is properly packaged before shipping.

1.7 Refunds

We refund the amount paid for the goods, including the standard delivery cost you paid, to the same payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you informed us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided. After receipt and inspection the refund is normally issued within 7 business days.

1.8 Restocking Fee

No restocking fee is applied for any returns.

1.9 Non-Returnable Items

Currently, all products sold by Klimatime Group are eligible for return, provided they meet the above conditions.
