Klimatime Group Cancellation Policy
2-Year Guarantee for Products
At Klimatime Group, we adhere to the EU's consumer protection laws, offering a minimum 2-year guarantee on all our products. This covers repairs, replacements, or refunds for any goods that are faulty or not as described.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Our customers have the right to return any product for a full refund within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked. This cooling-off period applies to all online purchases.
Exceptions to the Cooling-Off Period
The 14-day return policy does not apply to:
- Custom-made or clearly personalized products, such as tailor-made heating solutions.
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
Commercial Warranties and Guarantees
In addition to the statutory 2-year guarantee, Klimatime Group may offer additional commercial warranties on certain products, providing further protection. These warranties are intended to complement, not replace, the statutory guarantee.
Second-Hand Goods Policy
If Klimatime Group offers second-hand goods, these are also subject to the 2-year guarantee, which may be reduced to 1 year by mutual agreement, but not shorter.
Cancellation Rights for Services
For services, such as installation, customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of contract agreement unless the service has been fully performed with the customer’s consent during this period.

Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, including the standard delivery cost you paid, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you inform us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
Right to Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier), physically take possession of the goods.

Statement of Withdrawal: You can exercise your right to cancel by clicking the ‘Cancel order’ button on our website or by contacting us at info@klimatime.com. You simply need to send your message before the cancellation period expires. We will confirm your cancellation request by email.
Return Conditions:
Please return the goods with all accessories and documentation, in the original packaging where possible; if unavailable, package securely. Missing packaging is not a reason to refuse the return, but may be reflected in a diminished-value deduction based on the actual condition.
Return Shipping Costs
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods: approximately €25 for items that can be sent as a normal parcel, and approximately €129 for bulky goods delivered on a pallet (e.g. heat pumps, outdoor units and tanks), depending on your country. Contact us before returning and we will help you arrange it. If we have delivered the wrong or a defective item, we cover the return cost and provide a prepaid return label.
