Little or No Heat from the Air-Air Heat Pump

Is the "heat mode" selected?
If the heat pump is intended to provide warmth, it should be set to HEAT-MODE.

Is the heat pump set to a reasonable temperature?
Set the Air-Air Heat Pump to a temperature between 20-22°C.

Is it a low outdoor temperature?
During the coldest periods of the year, Air-Air Heat Pumps may experience reduced efficiency and may need to be complemented with a primary heat source, such as an Air-To-Water Heat Pump, geothermal heat pump, or electric heater, to ensure reliable and efficient heating.


Loud Noise from the Heat Pump

Experiencing a bubbling sound?
A bubbling sound is normal during defrosting.

Experiencing a clicking sound?
A clicking sound may occur due to temperature differences.

Experiencing a mechanical scraping sound?
If there is a mechanical scraping sound, there is a risk that it could be the fan motor or bearings that need attention. Please contact us.

Experiencing a hissing sound?
If there is a hissing sound, try cleaning the heat pump's dust filter or request a cleaning service.


Water Leakage from the Air Heat Pump

Water is dripping from the heat pump's indoor unit
If water is dripping from the heat pump's indoor unit, there is a risk that the drainage hose is clogged, the indoor unit is dirty, or an incorrect installation is causing the problem.

Water is dripping from the heat pump's outdoor unit

Dripping water (condensation) from the heat pump's outdoor unit is natural during condensation in heating operation and defrosting (steam is normal).
